parent blog roll not working ????

I can not seem to get the parent BLOG ROLL to come up. Did they remove it I wonder?? I hope not!!

I can not add new Blogs if I can not get into the parent one.

Hello to all of my fellow NB Bloggers. I wanted to take a moment & say Hi! We are in the process of revamping some stuff on the NBblogRoll website. We are looking to promote the website a lot more & would appreciate you posting a link back to the blog roll.
